I have detailed the process of Live Wedding Painting below:

Before Your Wedding

 

1. Check your wedding date availability by filling out the Contact page. Expect a response within 24 hours.

2. Secure your date with a 25% deposit and a signed contract. 

​

3. Consultation: 4 weeks prior to your wedding, we will have a full consultation to design your artwork. We will discuss colors, preferences, scenes, poses, and everything important to you on your wedding day.

The Wedding Day

 

1. I will arrive 1-2 hours before the ceremony or reception to begin painting the background. When the guests arrive, the

painting will be in the early stages.

​

2. During your chosen scene (first kiss, ceremony, first dance, etc.), I will capture photos and videos to use for reference

 

throughout the evening.

​

3. Once I have captured the moment, I will begin painting you and your partner.

​

4. At the end of the night, your painting will look complete. We will have a grand unveiling of the final painting in front of your

 

guests, family, photographers, & videographers. 

​

After the Wedding

 

1. After your wedding, I will add many hours of detail work to perfect your painting in my studio. Detailing will take 2-6 weeks,

 

depending on the size of your painting.

​

2. Before varnishing your new painting, I will send a photograph to ensure I have your final approval. 

​

3. I will either hand-deliver or ship your wedding painting based on your location.
